This is a stupid idea. Have tried using user ID and name sent in msg and also my user name and password and still cant get the msg sent to me. What have I got to do to get this msg, I am entering the only name and password I have

I have to agree I have had 2 mms msg and I put in the user name and password and still I couldnot access the messages stupid stupid stupid need I say it more times I think not

this is the most confusing thing to do
unable to receive the photo on handphone and directed here
with very confusing instructions
then using the password and user name given I am still
unable to access the photo
just too hard

This is ajoke cant even access a simple mms online , that was supposely sent from my phone which i didnt send. Now im trying to look at it and its impossible to fine it anywhere. Well done Telstra you manage to outdo your self every bloody week! seriously over it!
