  • This is a stupid idea. Have tried using user ID and name sent in msg and also my user name and password and still cant get the msg sent to me. What have I got to do to get this msg, I am entering the only name and password I have

    unable to receive the photo on handphone and directed here
    with very confusing instructions
    then using the password and user name given I am still
    unable to access the photo
    just too hard

  • This is ajoke cant even access a simple mms online , that was supposely sent from my phone which i didnt send. Now im trying to look at it and its impossible to fine it anywhere. Well done Telstra you manage to outdo your self every bloody week! seriously over it!

  • I am afraid I agree with all of the above. I have been sent photos on telstra.com/mmsveiw and I am not able to access them even when entering the user name and password that they supply.
    Pretty confusing.

  • I was relying on this service for an important mms delivery. I have been let down by telstra again. Still not working. Bet your fee’s and costs aren’t down as much this???????? Hello???? Anyone there????

  • I agree with all of the above comments. Must have cost my friend quite a bit of money paid to you telstra to send pix which I can’t access and you know it. This is why I am no longer a Telstra customer when I lioved in Oz or a Telstra Clear customer now that I am in NZ

  • After reading all the above comments, I am of the opinion that Telstra is on a money grab again and obviously not listening to customers. So having said that, I will not bother about accessing pictures sent to me, and once I have to buy my own phone, will definitely not go to a telstra shop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
