iv tired to use those two links sooo many times to open my Multi-Media messages. the cites to open the mms page to see, dont even work. ill get a txt to my phone sayen tha i have one of these messages, but i cant even open them even when im loged into my mycricket account. You need new info on this cite cuz it suckz bad. TRY GIVING YOUR CUSTOMERS THE CORRECT INFO! not cool.

I had the same luck of not being able to see the message on my phone but used the and the computer said, ‘this page cannot be shown’. After a few moments pause then the computer gave me some options, one of which was http://www.mycricket.com/mms. But, when I clicked on that this site came up with no place to enter the six digit code. Go figure. Sooo much of my time setting up this account and being able to use it, was coupled with mis-information and now this. You should be paying us instead of vice-versa. Do not send me any messages that offer further service, or products, than I am signed up for already. In short don’t call me, don’t multi media me, I’ll call you when I’m good and ready, and, ONLY IF, I get the service advertised, I’ll even pay the agreed amount each month. cricket sucks ass they try to make it look so easy to view your pics online and it is hard as fuck I have been trying to see the same pics all day and the same critcal error keeps coming up yea I would love to see the pics my mom sent me of my dad in hospital who just have a mass drained on his brain in another state but I quess not I quess I will have to get a fucking upgrade like that dumb ass customer service Rep said like I was trying to say to I couldn’t see the pics from my phone I had to say 10times I can’t see the pics online from my computer in front of me cricket just sucks I am just going to change providers .
