    I paid 15$ extra for this month to receive picture messaging that I have still been able to receive. How can Cincinnati bell fix the problem ,as well confiscate me for my troubles.

      I would fist start with calling costumer service and let them know what your issue are and if you feel that any justice hasn’t been done from that attempt i would than asked to speak to their supervisor and explain what your problem and then hopefully after that all your pictuer issue will be taken care of and right after they accomadate the matter i would then asked for them to compensate you for your inconveince towards this matter. hope everything works out for you.     Have 2 pre-paid cell 5136337720 & 5136419482 with auto pay monthly . 9482 isOK, but 7720 was shut off?
