    Hi there,

I really love my new phone. However, sending your customers to a website to get the rest of their text messages is ridiculous! Please explain what I need to do to get the rest of my messages that my family and friends have been sending me. This is very upsetting and bad business to not explain further how to view messages. It was upsetting enough to be waited on my a “salesperson” at the Sturgeon Bay, WI. location who was a very poor salesperson. I asked him to explain the features of my phone and he told me the best thing to do is to play around with the buttons to figure out how to use the phone. This customer service representative needs to be sent to some additional customer service training. It makes your business look unprofessional, and this issue with the text messages does not help either. I would appreciate any assistance you could provide with retrieving my messages.
