This is where you are able to view MMS messages sent to you which are unsupported by your handset.

How to use MMS?

Use MMS

1. Select ‘Messages’ from your handset menu.
2. Select ‘New Message/Multimedia Message.’
3. Insert image, text message, sound and/or video by using your handset keypad.
4. Once completed, go to the ‘To/Recipient’ field.
5. Enter the number* using your handset keypad or select a contact from your address book.
6. Click ‘Yes/Send.’
7. The MMS will be delivered to the recipient.

*Please use the following format for entering mobile numbers:

• Inside UAE ‘055 1234567’ or ‘050 1234567’
• Outside UAE ‘+ Country Code Carrier Code Mobile number’ eg ‘+ 971 55 1234567’

1. When an MMS arrives in your inbox, your handset will notify you by an alert tone and a message icon on your screen.
2. The MMS will start downloading depending on handset configuration.
3. View the MMS.
4. Select ‘Options’ to reply, forward or delete the message.
