Multimedia service is available for those with an MMS supported phone together with the active WAP service.  If you experience the difficulty on sending MMS, but not in receiving MMS, it is probably because of the WAP service.

According to the Groupo ICE, you can perform the setting automatically but must wait to receive a message OTA (over the air) with the configuration. However, it can also be done manually. Important data are:

• APN or IP:  mmscelular
• Proxy server: 172.027.010.004
