I thought I was wrong and I even tried to access http://mms.entelpcs.cl/mms but to no avail. After a few Google search, I managed to find the main Entel PCS main MMS informational site. It can be accessed at http://www.entelpcs.cl/serviciosmovil/comunicate/comunicate_MMS_principal.iws.

However, the most important thing is the Lector MMS or Reader MMS which allow you to retrieve your MMS pictures and videos. Head on to http://www.entelpcs.cl/serviciosmovil/comunicate/comunicate_MMS_lectoringresa.iws. Refer to the below screenshot.
